General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the tkgme platform ("we", "tkgme") and each person who uses its services ("user", "you"). By using the tkgme website, mobile platform, or any associated services, you are considered to have accepted the following terms.
tkgme is an online betting and casino platform that offers cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and other gaming features for users in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms fully before using our platform.
1.1 Definitions
The key terms used in these conditions have the following meanings:
- "Platform" refers to the tkgme website, app, and all related services.
- "Account" refers to the user's registered profile.

- "Bet" refers to participation in any game or sports event by placing money.
- "Balance" refers to the total funds held in an account.
Eligibility and Registration
To open an account and use the tkgme platform, users must meet the following eligibility requirements.
2.1 Age Requirement
The minimum age to participate on the tkgme platform is 21 (twenty-one) years. No person under the age of 21 may use our platform. If age verification is required, we may ask for a national ID or other supporting documents.
2.2 Registration Conditions
Each user may open only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Name, mobile number, and email address must be correct.
- Multiple accounts may not be opened from the same device or IP address.
- Multiple members of the same household may open accounts, but each person must be verified separately.
- The payment method used must match the registered account name.
2.3 Verification Process
tkgme reserves the right to verify identity at any time. We may request a copy of a national ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.
Account Security
The security of your account is entirely your own responsibility. It is your duty to keep your login details confidential and to prevent unauthorised access.
3.1 Password and Access
- Never share your password with anyone.
- Use a strong password — a combination of numbers, letters, and special characters.
- If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
- Avoid logging in from public or shared devices.
3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited
Transferring, selling, or assigning your account to any other person is strictly prohibited. Operating an account on behalf of a third party or depositing funds for them is also not permitted. If such activity is detected, the account will be terminated.
Deposits and Withdrawals
The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the tkgme platform. We support the popular mobile banking methods used in Bangladesh.

4.2 Minimum Amounts
Minimum withdrawal amount: Each withdrawal request must be for at least ৳1,000.
4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, additional time may be needed if identity verification or a security review is required.
4.4 Payment Verification
The mobile banking account used for deposits and withdrawals must be owned by the person whose name is registered on the tkgme account. Use of a third-party payment account is not permitted. Transactions that breach this rule may be cancelled.
4.5 Taxes and Fees
Any applicable taxes or fees are entirely the user's own responsibility. tkgme does not provide tax advice.
Bonuses and Promotions
tkgme offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own conditions, which must be read carefully before accepting.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies to this bonus. This means you cannot withdraw until you have completed betting equal to 15 times the bonus amount.
5.2 General Bonus Conditions
- The same person or household may not claim the same bonus more than once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they may only be used for betting.
- The expiry of each bonus will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
- tkgme reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled.
5.3 VIP Program
Regular users may join the tkgme VIP program. The VIP program has four tiers:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
VIP tier upgrades are based on regular and active participation. Cashback will be added to the account on a set day each week.
Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the tkgme platform.
6.1 Finality of Bets
Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. tkgme is not responsible for bets placed due to user error. Please verify all details before placing a bet.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a technical issue, server outage, or loss of network connection, tkgme will determine the outcome of the bet at its own discretion or return the relevant amount.
6.3 Sports Betting
Specific rules apply for betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi, and other sports events. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the related bet will be considered void and funds will be returned.
6.4 Live Betting
For live or in-play betting, odds may change at any moment. The odds displayed are not final until the bet has been fully accepted.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkgme platform. Violating these rules may result in account termination and legal action.
7.1 Fraudulent Activities
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
- Providing false information during account registration.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Exploiting any vulnerability or error in the gaming system.
7.2 Money Laundering
Using the tkgme platform for the purpose of money laundering is strictly prohibited. If suspicious transactions are detected, the relevant authorities will be notified.
7.3 Other Prohibited Conduct
- Harassing or threatening other users.
- Using the platform's copyrighted content without authorisation.
- Operating an account under a false identity.
- Attempting to bypass geographical restrictions using a VPN or proxy.
Account Suspension & Cancellation
8.1 Our Rights
tkgme reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently cancel any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- If any part of these terms and conditions is violated.
- If fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected.
- If identity verification fails.
- If the account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 consecutive months).
- At the user's own request.
8.2 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.
8.3 Consequences of Cancellation
If an account is cancelled due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited at tkgme's discretion. In the case of cancellation for legitimate reasons, any applicable balance will be returned.
Responsible Gambling
tkgme takes responsible gambling very seriously. We are committed to ensuring the mental and financial well-being of our users.
9.1 Our Responsibilities
- We work to identify harmful betting behaviour among users.
- Users may self-exclude for a specified period upon their own request.
- The option to set betting limits is provided.
9.2 User Responsibilities

11.3 Intellectual Property
All content on the tkgme platform — logos, designs, text, software — is the intellectual property of tkgme. Reuse or reproduction of these without permission is prohibited.
Changes & Dispute Resolution
12.1 Changes to Terms
tkgme reserves the right to modify these rules and terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to provide notice via email or on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

12.3 Applicable Law
The applicable laws and regulations will be followed in the interpretation and application of these terms. Negotiation and mediation will be given the highest priority for resolving any dispute.
